Using the website or booking a consultation means you accept these terms.
1. What our service is
ChefCare provides education advisory services: information about culinary, pastry, hospitality and beverage programmes in Malaysia, programme comparisons, scholarship eligibility guidance and application assistance. Our service is provided free of charge to students and their families. We are compensated by partner educational institutions when a placement is completed.
2. What our service is not
- We are not an educational institution and do not award qualifications;
- We do not guarantee admission to any programme, the award of any scholarship, or any particular career or salary outcome;
- We do not provide financial, legal or immigration advice; information about PTPTN and sponsorship bonds is general guidance only.
3. Accuracy of information
Fees, intake dates, scholarship values and entry requirements are set by institutions and change without notice. We refresh our records each intake season and correct errors promptly when found, but the institution's own published terms always prevail over anything on this website. Verify final figures in your official offer letter before accepting.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in enquiries and applications, to review documents before we submit them on your behalf, and to meet the deadlines communicated to you. For students under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to and oversee the engagement.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, guides, comparisons and graphics — belongs to ChefCare Education Sdn. Bhd. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction for commercial purposes requires our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website: no automated scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no submission of false enquiries, and no use of the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ChefCare's liability arising from your use of the website or our free advisory services is limited to RM 500. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
8. Suspension and termination
